File Menu
The File Menu has three items.
You can connect to an Alpha 87A remote server if you have one instance of this application installed at your remote station and if this instance of the application is installed as client on your local or home computer. Otherwise this item is disabled. Please refer to the Program Settings section, the next menu item. Be sure to setup everything correctly before you use this software for the first time.
Exit Program
Shortcut Alt+X
When you close the application
- it automatically disconnects from the remote base server if the application is working as client and connected to a remote base server
- it automatically disconnects all clients if the application is working as server and connected to any clients
- it closes the serial port to the amplifier if the application is working local
So you don't need to care about anything.
