Terms of use

FTDXRC is a 64-bit application developed under Windows 10. FTDXRC is freeware. FTDXRC is provided "as is". I will not give any support in any form. I read your mails and suggestions but I never do answer any support requests! If you agree on that you may download, install and use FTDXRC.

Legal disclaimer: This software is in daily use at the software author. The author of this software cannot be liable for any damage to your transceiver under any circumstances.

System Requirements

A YAESU FT DX 5000, FT-2000 or FT-950.
FTDXRC runs under 64-bit versions of Windows© 11, 10 (and 7, 8).
Minimum requirement is a screen resolution of 1280 x 800 pixel in Wide Mode, 1033 x 800 pixel in Compact Mode and 1033 x 549 in Basic Mode.

FTDXRC should be installed in Windows Administrator mode.

Please read the Release Notes for all changes, the Online Documentation and be sure to setup FTDXRC correctly after the first installation.

Upgrading from previous FT2000RC V2 to FTDXRC V3

If you have a FT2000RC (32-bit) installation and upgrade to FTDXRC, all previous settings from a FT2000RC installation can automatically be imported. FT2000RC can be deinstalled afterwards if you wish.

FTDXRC was originally designed only for the FT-2000 in 2008. The CAT commands are rather similiar with other YAESU HF transceivers so I decided to develop also a user interface for the FT-950 and FT DX 5000 (which has been pretty much work!). I have no FT-950 and had to develop the interface without being able to test it with a real radio. E-mail me if something shouldn't work as expected (my e-mail address is on QRZ.com).
